This one's hard to beat! Join us for an early season fishing and camping adventure in one of the most stunning parts of the BC south coast. Get shuttled by water taxi to a remote inlet beach where your guide has prepped camp, put the beers on ice and patiently waits for the next tide.. This is an experience that is not for the faint of heart! For those who would not usually do a trip like this by themselves, with GetReel Adventures, we got you covered..Feeling adventurous? This one's for you! We take advantage of early season salmon runs from mid-March to mid June. These fish are pound for pound the best fighting, the most aggressive, and the best tasting! We provide hot tents w/ wood stoves, all meals, and most camp amenities. We supply all salmon fishing gear, rods and reels. We fish from a 16' Princecraft Holiday Aluminum boat equipped with (x2) Scotty downriggers, large cooler for your catch, a bilge pump and powered by a Yamaha 50hp 4 stroke Tiller Handle with a 45 litre fuel tank. When we're not fishing, there's opportunity to forage for shellfish, drop the crab and prawn traps, check out waterfalls, look for whales, cruise for bears on the beach from the safety of the boat or hit the hammock and relax. Days usually consist of being up at sunrise, 6:45-7am, hit the water to fish the morning tide, back to camp for lunch, explore, nap, or forage, and back out to fish the evening tide. With the fishing grounds 50m from camp, the snow capped mountains, the sunrise and that first cup of coffee out on the water, I am confident when I say, you will absolutely love this!!
